📦 Shipping Policy

Arnetti is a trading name of Netsan Mobilya, a leading furniture manufacturer based in Türkiye. We specialize in serial and mass production of furniture and offer global shipping with flexible options tailored to customer needs.



📌 MOQ, Lead Times & Bulk Order Processing

·        Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): 10 pieces per SKU/product

·        General Lead Time: 7–30 days based on order volume

·        In-stock items: Samples and small orders ship within 3–7 business days after order/payment confirmation

·        Made-to-order (MTO): Processing time: 7–30 business days depending on quantity and production queue

·        Bulk MTO Orders: Ship within 5–15 business days after production, depending on destination and available shipping services



🚚 Shipping Methods & Terms

We offer standard and express shipping by road, sea, and air depending on your needs, location, and order size.

Our standard shipping term is EXW (Ex Works) from Türkiye. However, we support other Incoterms 2020 upon request and agreement.

🚛 1. LTL – Less Than Truck Load

·        Mode: Road (Truck) or Multimodal (Road–Sea–Road)

·        Loading Options: Palletized or floor-loaded

·        Use: Ideal for small-to-medium shipments that don’t require a full truck

·        Pros:

o   Cost-effective for smaller loads

o   Flexible for recurring shipments

·        Cons:

o   Slower delivery due to multiple stops

o   Higher handling, slightly increased risk of damage

🚚 2. FTL – Full Truck Load

·        Mode: Road (Truck)

·        Loading Options: Palletized or floor-loaded

·        Use: Best for large or time-sensitive deliveries

·        Pros:

o   Direct transport with faster delivery

o   Lower damage risk (minimal handling)

·        Cons:

o   Higher cost if truck space is underutilized

🚢 3. FCL – Full Container Load

·        Mode: Sea Freight (20ft or 40ft container)

·        Loading Options: Palletized or floor-loaded

·        Use: Ideal for international bulk shipments

·        Pros:

o   Secure (container used exclusively for your goods)

o   Economical for large volume exports

o   Faster than LCL (shared container loads)

·        Cons:

o   May not be cost-effective for low-volume orders

o   Longer transit times compared to air or truck

🌍 Delivery Times

·        International Delivery: Estimated 3–45 days, depending on shipping method and destination.

We ship all orders from Türkiye. Estimated international delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method (LTL, FTL, LCL, FCL):

·        Eastern Europe: 7–10 days

·        Southern Europe: 7–12 days

·        Central Europe: 8–13 days

·        Western Mainland Europe: 12–15 days

·        United Kingdom & Ireland: 11–16 days

·        USA & Canada: 30–40 days

·        Northern Africa: 15–20 days

·        Western Africa: 25–30 days

·        South Africa: 35–45 days

·        Middle East: 15–25 days

·        Central Asia: 15–20 days

·        Caucasus & Russia: 7–20 days

·        Note: Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or carrier delays.



📅 Shipping Schedule

·        Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays

·        You’ll receive an order confirmation via email or message upon placement

·        A tracking number or waybill will be sent once your order is dispatched



📦 Tracking & Delivery Issues

·        Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates on sample or replacement shipments via express carriers (PTS, DHL, UPS, FedEx)

·        In rare cases, tracking may not update, but your item will still be en route

·        If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received the package, please contact the carrier directly

·        If issues remain unresolved after the estimated delivery window, you're welcome to contact our support team



⚠️ Limitations & Responsibility

·        We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather

·        Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of late delivery by the carrier

·        If tracking shows delivery to the correct address, we are not responsible for loss or theft after delivery
